EU triggered pesticide bans or restrictions in developing countries

When it comes to influencing the pesticide use policies in the developing countries, the EU-27 is known for punching above their weight.

Should India succumb to such extraterritorial influence by the EU? The attached paper brings out empirical rationale against it.

The EU must give up the self-perception that their internal regulations have wider legitimacy.
